Start with your stone type and rough size. We'll show matching pieces from the workshop.
For irregular or cutout pieces, the workshop must confirm the usable area.
Results may include larger whole offcuts. We allow for rotation; the piece is sold as-is unless you add a cutting or polishing service.
Try clearing the budget, project size or material filter to see more raw offcuts.
Each offcut is unique. Custom basin, powerpoint, cooktop and internal openings cannot be added in quick checkout. Use Design Your Own for CNC or specialist fabrication. All measurements are nominal. Only verified materials that can lawfully be supplied in Queensland may be listed.
These require separate CNC / specialist fabrication and cannot be added to a standard Click & Collect order. Sketch your design and receive a custom quote instead.
Skip the email back-and-forth. Choose from stock, add any cutting extras and get an order reference for collection.
Filter by material and rough size, then select a specific available piece.
Keep the existing shape, or add a simple straight exact cut and optional polishing. CNC work is quoted separately.
Reserve online, then pay cash at the Bundaberg workshop when it is ready. No card or bank transfer payments.
The best stone projects don't always need a whole slab.

Good for compact projects without buying a whole slab.

A one-off natural stone surface for your own furniture base.

Make use of smaller pieces in creative home projects.
If your natural stone needs a smaller size, start here. Follow the planning steps, check the proper equipment and know when it's best to use a stone professional instead.
A good-sized offcut is often your easiest and lowest-risk option. Check real measurements and edge photos, then see whether you can design your project around the existing shape before making a new cut.

Choosing a near-fit piece can save equipment, time and dust.
Confirm the exact material from the seller and check for cracks, chips and weak spots. Do not attempt to process prohibited engineered stone benchtop, panel or slab offcuts.
Measure the space, make a cardboard template and mark the intended finished outline. Allow for the blade's kerf and check whether the piece can be used as-is.
A suitable diamond blade can cut some natural stones, but use only a compatible, purpose-designed water-fed grinder or stone saw with effective integrated dust controls—not a standard dry grinder.
Use the required dust suppression or compliant extraction, suitable eye and hearing protection, and properly selected, fit-tested respiratory protection where required. Respirators are not a substitute for controlling dust.
Work in a controlled area with the stone securely supported and bystanders away. Follow the stone, grinder and blade manufacturers' directions. Keep dust controls operating and stop if dust escapes or the equipment binds or vibrates.
Manage wet slurry before it dries; never dry-sweep or blow out dust. Check for sharp edges and cracks. Heavy slabs and complex installations need appropriate supports or professional installation.
For someone already competent with stone tools, these are the key things to assess. Tool choice and respiratory protection depend on the stone, the job and the controls in place.
A diamond blade explicitly suitable for the stone and the specific tool. Use only equipment designed for effective wet cutting or approved on-tool dust extraction—never improvise a water feed on an ordinary electric grinder.
Integrated wet suppression directed at the cutting point, or a compliant shroud and M/H-class extraction setup appropriate for the task. Wetting the surface first is not enough. Prevent slurry from drying and becoming airborne.
Suitable respiratory protection, commonly P2 or higher where required, selected for the actual exposure and correctly fit-tested for tight-fitting models. Add eye/face protection, hearing protection, footwear and appropriate clothing. A dust mask alone is not protection enough.
Ticking these boxes is for planning only; it does not certify that cutting is safe or lawful for your circumstances.
Choose an offcut that's already the right size, or arrange independent professional cutting. Simple exact straight cuts and polishing are shown where available. CNC openings are quoted separately.

Choose a length and width in 250 mm size ranges. Length choices currently reach 3,000 mm, and width choices reach 1,500 mm; both maximums can be changed in the stock dashboard. We show pieces large enough for the top of each range, allowing rotation. Actual pieces may be larger and are sold as-is unless you add cutting or polishing.
The quick-shop supports as-is pieces, simple exact straight rectangular cutting and basic polishing where permitted. Basin, tap, powerpoint, cooktop, internal cutouts and other CNC machining are NOT included. Use the separate Design Your Own page for a custom quote. Standard 20 mm cutting and finishing options show an estimated combined total; complex internal cutouts still need a separate manufacturing price.
The online order status tells you whether the piece is still being prepared or ready. Don't travel to collect a custom-cut piece until its status says ready. The business must publish its actual address, opening hours and processing policy before accepting orders.
Only verified legally saleable material should be listed. Queensland bans supply and processing of certain engineered stone benchtop, slab and panel offcuts. Natural stone and qualifying porcelain may be sold subject to applicable safety requirements.
